TICKET INFO
MOBILE TICKETS
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will all be mobile tickets and these will be available within the Ticketmaster app 5 days before the event.
Sometimes your mobile signal can be weaker when you are around lots of people at the entrances. We strongly recommend that you download your tickets from the Ticketmaster app to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. You can find out how to do this here.

If you will be arriving at different times to the rest of your party remember you can transfer their tickets from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. A guide on how to do this can be found here.

Tickets do not grant access to camping, this requires a camping package to be purchased.
CHILD TICKETS
People of all ages are welcome at Connect and this year we have introduced a Child Ticket option.
Persons aged 0-12 can purchase a Child Ticket Option.
Persons 13 and above must purchase a Standard Ticket option.

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 25 (1 adult minimum per 2 persons aged 0-17 years old).
Child Tickets can only be purchased when purchasing a General Admission or VIP Ticket.
Parental or supervisory duty of care and liability of those under 18 at the festival is that of the accompanying adult over 25.
If you are attending with someone under 18 years old, we would encourage you to register with our guardianship form.
CAMPING PACKAGES

We offer a range of specially selected accommodation types for 2-8 people; from the convenience of Bring Your Own Tent and Pre-Pitched Packages, to the space and comfort of our Luxury Bell Tents.

VIP TICKETS
Let go of all your worries, take a deep breath, and enjoy the relaxation of the Connect VIP Garden. Featuring an exclusive bar and relaxing lounge area, private toilets, curated food offerings and views of the main stage - our VIP Garden takes your Connect experience to another level.
The VIP area provides a secluded area within the main festival arena where your ticket will give you access to an exclusive VIP bar, food offering, seating, and enhanced toilet facilities. The VIP Garden has a private area which includes a view of the main stage. Please note, this does not give you guaranteed access to the front of the stage within the main arena.
VIP customers will enter the site through dedicated VIP entrance lanes, where they will be issued a VIP wristband each day.
PASSOUTS
Day Ticket Holders
Those with day tickets/non-campers will not be able to exit and re-enter on the day.
Campers
Campers will be able to leave the main festival site to access the car parks, or local amenities via the Campsite Entrance. However, a search will be required on every re-entry.
Campers will be able to enter the Arena from the Campsite throughout the event but will be searched upon entering the Arena.

TICKET RESALE
We only permit ticket resale at face value through Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Exchange. Please do not use ticket sites such as Ebay, Gumtree, Stubhub, Viagogo where tickets may be available at hugely inflated prices. Buying through these websites also run the risk of being sold tickets that may not actually exist.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS & PLATFORM
We want Connect to be an event that is accessible for all. To ensure we have the correct level of facilities we ask customers to apply for the access facilities they require.
Please only apply if you have purchased your tickets, you can buy your ticket through Ticketmaster.
Customers are required to apply for access to the accessible facilities and/or a free Personal Assistant (PA) ticket.
You can apply by using our Accessible Application Form which can be found here.
Please do not buy a ticket for your Personal Assistant (PA).

Once you have completed the survey, you must send us a piece of supporting documentation for your application to be valid. Please read the 'Supporting Documentation' heading for more information regarding this.

Customers will require a wristband to access the accessible platform or to use the accessible facilities. Customers should apply for accessible facilities in advance.

Customers will receive communications from the Accessibility Manager closer to the event which will include details on where and when to collect wristbands to access the accessible viewing platform and facilities.

Buying Tickets On The Day
We recommend that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Should there be tickets left for sale these can be purchased on the day via Ticketmaster.
With mobile tickets you can have these delivered to your Ticketmaster app on your phone straight away saving you having to collect these at the box office.
Please note that our box offices will only be accepting card payments – cash will not be permitted.
