Chef's Table Returns

After the success of last year's event, which received critical acclaim and 5-star reviews, we are delighted to once again offer you a seat at the table. The Saturday and Sunday of Connect will play host to an exclusive Chef’s Table, courtesy of Chef Barry Bryson. Barry is a multi-award winning culinary connoisseur who will bring his latest project, Barry Fish and Barry Fields, to Connect.

Chef Barry will bring his unique blend of traditional local cuisine and zany, bold flavours. Barry Fish celebrates the very best of Scottish Seafood, whilst Barry Fields pushes the boundaries of vegetarian fine dining. Go the extra mile to make your experience more special by pairing your delicious meal with some expertly crafted wine, chosen specifically to compliment the menu.

Served between 1pm-3pm on Saturday and Sunday, the unique experience will give the lucky ticket holders a 4-course meal with optional wine or cocktail pairing in the VIP Pavilion Building

Ticketholders should make their way to the VIP Entrance at 1pm where they will be greeted and directed to their dining experience.
